The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Ichigaya subway station and has many restaurants and convenience stores around just as near. I hope to return to Tokyo again and if so, I would visit again. Featuring 4-star accommodation, Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Haneda - 2023-10-17 Grand Opening is located in Tokyo, 3.4 km from Miwa Itsukushima Shrine and 3.7 km from Omori Hachiman Shrine. Hotel was spotless and the facilities were amazing. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Both were exceptionally good. Loved the view from the room and particularly liked the roof terrace.

Its great to see a Hilton with a japanese style. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are coming for a concert as it is right by the k-arena. The room service was delicious.

We had a really comfortable stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The location is also perfect as it’s a walking distance from Shibuya station and some local restaurants nearby. There’s also a Don Quijote and cafe in the same building which was nice. Overall, I recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Shibuya.

The view from the room was very cool, and the room itself was unexpectedly nice. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall setting was very cozy. The staff was very polite and apologized for the ticket thing, but that's ok! everyone makes mistakes. i don't know to write this here or not, but i got to the concert with the use of those tickets and it was the best moment of my life, so i associate your hotel with very positive emotions. Thank You!

I had to extend the trip but also changed the type of beds in the room, due to an additional person joining after initial booking. The person on the phone was able to help me adjust my 2 separate bookings to connect to the same type. Location is convenient. The rooms are very new and clean. Delivery service by the robot is very ingenious as well.

The stay becomes very comfortable and also enjoyable. We loved the way the room was furnished with all the required amenities without compromising on free space. The breakfast spread was good every day. It had a bunch of vegetarian options which was superb for us. The location of the hotel is perfect if you are going towards Disneyland, TeamLabs, Legoland etc. the metro station is right in front of the hotel. Furthermore, it is only three stops away from the Tokyo station. Breakfast, location, wi-fi, room size, amenities - all were really good. There is a convenience store right inside the hotel and a currency exchange machine too. Hotel reception staff were fluent in English and were helpful with information about things outside the hotel.
