What sets Villa Romduol apart for us was our amazing hosts Naret and Sarong, who could not do enough for us to make our stay memorable. We loved the very tasty home cooked food prepared by Sarong.

We had a truly pleasant stay with Soriya and her family. Soriya and Joffrey were consistently thoughtful and attentive, and we appreciated the care they put into making our visit smooth and comfortable. Interaction with Daniel and three sweet dogs added to the homey experience. The breakfasts were very generous, we especially loved the smoked duck breast. Joffrey’s homemade pineapple jam was my husband’s favorite. The location was excellent — convenient for getting around while still feeling tucked away. The homestay was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax after long days out. For the quality of the accommodation and the overall experience, the value was outstanding. We rented a moto from them during our stay and took a couple of tours with Soriya’s tuk-tuk. During the tours, Soriya took the time to guide us through local customs, including how to make offerings at the pagodas, which added meaningful context to our visit. Overall, a comfortable, quiet, well-located stay with great value. We’re glad we chose this homestay and would happily return. Highly recommended.

We had the most amazing stay at Rivertree! We were fortunate to be given an upgrade to a riverfront villa which was so lovely and private. We loved it so much that we booked an additional night. We recommend the sunset cruise as a nice way to explore the river and the cooking class, which were both highlights of our stay. We were able to use the kayaks to explore the green cathedral every day and we stopped in at some lovely places on the river (you can get a tuk tuk if you prefer). The staff and service was great and everybody was so friendly. Sereysaophorn took us on our sunset cruise and told us all about Kampot. He always made sure to say hello during our stay. We have been travelling across Asia for almost 3 months and this has been our favourite stay. Thank you!

And staff super friendly, especially beautiful girl named Moniroth. She is outstanding in friendliness and her English is great 😊. Would love to come back one day again. 🌹
