The room was very clean (including the air conditioning ducts, I checked), everything was new, It was quiet to sleep, It had a great view of the volcano and the breakfast was healthy and tasty. As a plus, the shopping mall where the hotel is located is beautiful, cheerful, has an ice skating rink and good shops and food. If you have a car, the location is also good for going to both Cholula and Puebla. The only thing they need to improve is that the restaurant space wasn't big enough to accommodate so many people, but I didn't have to wait too much. It's worth It, I recommend It!

The whole staff was incredibly kind and helpful, even though the hotel has almost full, they were always so friendly. Breakfast was delicious and complete!

Perfect location, beautiful view, excellent service, very professional and friendly staff, thanks 🙏 everyone for your kind attention 🙂, 2nd time there and still love it; looking forward to my next stay.
