I stayed at Novo Ampang for 22 days. Out of all the places I had researched for my stay in KL within this price range, this one didn't have any complaints about pests or about a shady deposit being charged upon check in. The facilities and my room were very nice and clean. The design and furnishings in my room were nice and modern. The room had all the necessities (a pot and pan, cooking utensils, a fridge, an electric stovetop w/ a vent hood, and a water filter system). My room had a nice size queen size bed, a closet area, a bathroom, and small dining table. I liked that the building was secure. Security was at the entrance 24/7 and I was able to have my Grab deliveries delivered to the front entrance easily. I liked that there was a coffee shop and a restaurant located on the ground floor. There was also an ATM conveniently located in front of the restaurant. The front desk was also kind enough to provide me with a free adapter for the electrical outlets.
