The owner was more than helpful and super nice. Very good and fast communication. Also, he drove us to the bus station at 4.30 in the morning because my friend was afraid of walking in the dark. That was so kind of you - thank you so much 🙏🏼

Well located in between the busstation and the city center. A huge, well equipped room, a comfy bed and a warm shower. Everything very clean. Very friendly and welcoming hosts, who have the best trip advices and are helpful with everything needed. They speak Spanish, English and French. I enjoyed my stay there and would highly recommend it.

It felt very safe to stay here, like being in a family home, but very private at the same time. We ended up staying two nights instead of the planned one because we were so comfortable, we slept very well through the night.

Offering a restaurant and free WiFi access, Hotel Los Arcos is located in Estelí, Nicaragua. The Football Stadium of Independence is 3 minutes' drive away from the hotel. Location of the hotel is perfect (close to the central park). Loved the size of the room and the fact that it had a fridge. Secured self-parking lot is conveniently located across the street.

Thierry and Kenia are absolutely fabulous, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We loved it so much that we extended our stay by another 4 nights! A special highlight was the food, Thierry is an exceptional chef, and every breakfast and dinner we had here was a culinary delight. The convenience of transport from the bus station was greatly appreciated, and they even helped organize day trips to nearby attractions. The location is perfect, just a 15-minute stroll to the Centro, and buses conveniently pass right by the front door. This place is a gem, and we can't recommend it enough. Don't miss the chance to enjoy a meal when you stay here, you will not regret it!
