This apartment is perfect for a small group; the two bedrooms are cozy, and the kitchen is large and easy to work in. The dining and living rooms are inviting, and the bathroom is huge. The location is perfect for exploring the town, and it’s easy to select any hotel as the pickup spot for excursions. This apartment is super close to the main shopping area, and the tourist office. We had a small issue with the shower, and I messaged the host, who came over within an hour to fix it, which was spectacular! If you are sensitive to light, bring an eye mask, as there is a street light in front of the property that sneaks through the light blocking curtains.

But best of all is the incredible staff - Anna, Yana, Igor and Anatoliy. Their friendliness, amazing positivity, helpful attitudes and guidance made my stay incredibly memorable. They are the beating heart of the establishment and I appreciated the kindness and warmth they extended to me. They also organise adventures with Constantine, who can show you the best spots around Pyramiden and is just the most decent, fun, and knowledgable companion to explore with! Two nights was not long enough of a stay, a hotel not to be missed.

The hotel is very comfortable, on the main street in Longyearbyen. The room is a good size, and I loved the heated floor in the bathroom. Restaurant serves fantastic food, with a view,, and breakfast is also very good and varied. Many thanks to the hotel staff who made my stay really nice, one can see they really like their job.
