The apartment was absolutely beautifully decorated and had everything necessary to make our stay hugely comfortable. There were plenty of homely touches with the added bonus of a complimentary bottle of water. The apartment was perfectly located across from the cathedral and ideally located for the town. The hosts were super with great communication. I’d rate the place 11 out of 10 if I could.

Exception service and a beautiful location overlooking the river valley and vineyards. Alex spent a lot time with us explaining the different things we could do in the area with maps and great suggestions. Room was very comfortable And cleans the breakfast was amazing ! The best hotel so far on our stay !!!!

Everything was super clean, easy check-in, room was big and the amenities were great. Breakfast had everything you needed, the staff made sure to ask for anything we might need, and made happen what we asked.

It was incredibly clean and light. Very comfortable. The help from a very kind gentleman in the breakfast room with tea in our room( we English!) was over and above his duties whilst the breakfast was superb. Wonderful village on the Douro and wished we could have stayed longer.
