This hotel was truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I booked a room and requested for a ‘queen sized’ bed, immediately I received a notification on Booking.com telling me that they will try to accommodate my request. The rooms were very cozy to stay in, not too bright, just perfect to stay in after a long day of sightseeing and walking. Windows are soundproof aswell. Beds were very comfortable and everything was always kept very clean. Staff were genuinely super friendly and helpful during my stay. Received a couple of calls asking me if everything was okay. Once had a problem with my AC and one of the staff members came, very sweet lady, to solve the problem. Breakfast buffet was very nicely presented, everything was fresh and delicious. I’d definitely recommend you trying the buffet. Location was also great, very centrally located. You’ve got (local) shops and restaurants nearby. Everything you need during your stay! If I’m going to Porto again, I’m definitely going back to this hotel. It was truly a memorable experience to have, especially for a first time.
