Food was really good and decently priced for a hotel of this standing. Definitely recommend the fruit shakes. Do not miss the breakfasts, they’re so good. Hotel personnel was so helpful and welcoming. We were sad to leave.

We had an amazing 11-night stay at the Hyatt Koh Samui! From start to finish, the service was (family-) friendly, thoughtful, and very guest-focused. We stayed in one of their villas, which was good for our family of four (with kids aged 5 and 7). They added a cot next to the sofa and the kids slept comfortably. The villa was clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The private pool was definitely a highlight and we spent our entire days swimming! The food across the resort was delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff showed incredible care when one of us felt a little under the weather — something we truly appreciated. Highly recommend this resort for families looking for a beautiful, welcoming, and luxurious getaway. We would love to return someday!

Enjoying a peaceful beachfront location on the white and sandy Chaweng Beach, SALA Samui Chaweng Beach Resort comprises of two buildings. The resort features luxurious pool villas and suites, a signature 'moon pool' that overlooks the sea and a romantic beachfront restaurant. The spacious pool deck also comes with plenty of sunbeds and a kid's pool. Everything was awesome. And that's because of the employees there. They are all terrific. Excellent service oriented professionals. Particularly, the lady who Checked me in and also Mr. Guard, room service person. Terrific. Thank You all.

The staff at Riviera were amazing. Peter was always available to ask questions or just make an amazing cup of coffee. The rooms were cleaned every day and done so quickly. I can't say enough...

Lastly the food and drink quality was impressive and the staff are very capable of being accommodating to your needs and preferences!

Restaurant was very good. Even though breakfast did not start till 730, they made mine early as I had to go for diving at 7:20. Would definitely come again.
