Nice clean room. We had the pool access. Both pools were clean. The main pool was a good place to relax. You can walk straight onto the beach and swim which was a bonus. We had food at the resort many times. Good food and very well priced for dining at the resort. The most friendliest and helpful staff I have encountered. Will return if I visit samui again.

In Samui, I have visited several times, and the Hyatt Regency Hotel is one of the best choices for accommodation. The hotel is maintained at a high level in terms of hotel service and gastronomy. Room service is very professional, and the rooms are impeccably clean. The hotel complex is so extensive and well thought out that families with children can find entertainment and diversion here. Those who seek a peaceful oasis for relaxation can also find it without disturbance. The breakfasts are so rich that even during a longer stay, I could eat diversely and healthily. The breakfast staff made each morning much brighter for me. They were all so professional, helpful, and attentive that I would like to express my sincere thanks to them once again. I wish the hotel management and its employees many satisfied clients who, like me, will be happy to return.

My son and I spent 2 wonderful nights at Sala Samui Chaweng. From the selection of our preferred pillows, hand soap and lotion during check in, to addressing our needs during our stay, we experienced 5-star thai hospitality from all the staff we met during our stay. Cleaning was done daily and the bed was really comfortable for a good night's rest. Walking distance to the beach with free kayaks and SUP available for hotel guests. My son particularly enjoyed the swimming pool. Breakfast was a mix of ala carte and buffet style that we enjoyed. The resort was within 15mins walk to Central Samui and 10 mins drive to the airport.

Samui Zenity is located near Maenam beach and local activities (restaurant, local markets, bar) The hotel provides a free shuttle service to and from Maenam Beach, scooter rental is available on site....

We stayed for four weeks in the apartment at the Samui Zenity Hotel. From day one, we felt at home. Nice swimming pool. We received a warm welcome from Stefany and Syril. The staff were also very friendly and always ready to help. The location is perfect for trips around the entire island. The most beautiful beaches are just a few minutes' drive away. The apartment was cleaned weekly and was fully equipped. The lovely balcony with its stunning view was our spot for daily breakfast. We will definitely be back. I recommend everyone to stay with Stefany and Syril in the large and spacious apartment at the Samui Zenity Hotel when visiting Samui.

Best Stay Ever! We stayed for 4 nights and honestly, we regretted not booking longer! The location is perfect, right by the sea, with stunning views. The cocktails and fresh fruit juices were spot on—thank you so much! If you’re looking to relax, take in the view, enjoy a massage, and sip delicious cocktails all day, this is definitely the place. The staff was absolutely AMAZING—special thanks to Beam and Serina at reception, as well as the incredible restaurant waiters and the young lady at the bar. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they always greeted us with warm smiles. You truly made our stay unforgettable! And Latte—we already miss her! Big hugs! 😊

The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful; if you were to order Grab food, the restaurant and bar are open to plate them for you to eat by the beachside (remember to leave them a tip). Overall, it’s a barebones, no-nonsense resort, but provides great and clean accommodations, tasty breakfast, and staff that will support you with your needs up to 2am

Amazing staff, very clean and great beach chairs and activities! Restaurant was very good. Even though breakfast did not start till 730, they made mine early as I had to go for diving at 7:20. Would definitely come again.
