I didn't plan to travel Sanyi but prices were just crazy during weekend in Taichung and Puli so i gave a try... and honestly it was worth it. Good and clean hostel with friendly and helpful owner. I recommend a stop here and go hike Huoyanshan mountain .

The rooms are in their home and they make you feel like you’ve become their children. They are so incredibly kind and helpful and welcoming! The rooms were extremely comfortable, even the shared bathroom is very nice. The location is top-notch too. It’s wayyy up in the mountains and the view from their roof over the mountains in the morning is….. I have no words to express it. Again just an awesome stay would definitely go back again!

במקום האירוח 南庄東村宿舍Nanzhuang Dongchon Homestay יש נוף לגן, טרסה וקומקום, והוא שוכן במרחק של כ-13 ק''מ מMuseum of Saisiat Folklore. We had a lovely stay! The owner is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, with tatami mats and futons - we really liked the japanese style. There is a cafe, souvenir shop and free kimono rental. 3 min walk to the Old Street where you can find some yummy food. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was very tasty. I used B&B as a base for exploration of surounding sights. Host helped to improved my travel plans, gave a lot of tips and advice. Location is a little bit out of city centrum, so better to have a car.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly host. Lovingly cute cat and amazing facilities. Exceeded my expectations in every metric. Please give this place a try if you are visiting the area!

We had a lovely, long chat, and a pleasant homemade dinner. It felt like staying woth a friend or a relative. It was exactly what I had hoped for. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Place is clean, cosy and serene. Feel relaxed as it's quiet and located next to a strawberry farm and lake. Host is friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the quadruple room and design is Japanese style and has all the necessities.

It was one of the best minshu that I have stayed in. The room was spacious and comfortable. The internet was wonderful. The owner was simply fantastic! 二姑娘 made us feel perfectly at home. The breakfast every morning was different and was so delicious. There was even a tea corner where we could chill and drink tea. Thank goodness we were stranded there during the typhoon and not somewhere else. We had the best stay of our trip there. The owner brought us to quirky cafes and recommended places for us to go to. Book your stay here and you won’t regret it. It has spoilt us for all other accommodation.
