They allowed us to do early check-in free of charge (we came at 8am and were given the room with no problem), the room was clean, the hot water was amazing, and most of all the staff was very helpful. The front desk helped us book sleeper bus tickets through the local app and talked to the bus company for us. They also recommended a great restaurant, and were super helpful!! The hotel is very close to the market and the city center.

The room and toilte is spacious, the water heater is working well. The location is great, nearby there is a good breakfast spot that sells banh mi and coffee, and there is another small restaurant that has good buncha. The staffs are all accomodating, he even helped is booked our bus ticket to HCM.

The hotel is only about a year old, is family owned and operated, and was designed with comfort and ambiance in mind. Because of the length of our stay, the owner gave us a tour of three rooms when we arrived that matched the type we had reserved so that we could take a look at them to compare the view and the room layouts available and allowed us to choose which one would work best for us. The owners are totally hands on and have only a small staff to assist them at the front desk and in housekeeping. They were all very kind, attentive, and committed to ensuring our stay was a memorable one. The location is convenient for walking to the lake or the downtown area (if you enjoy walking) and then you can take a Grab back to the hotel to avoid walking uphill on the way back (which we did as as we are older and didn't want to walk uphill back to the hotel). There are many local restaurants and coffee houses available nearby but the breakfast provided at the hotel is homemade and delicious with a slight variation from day to day. As a retired former hotel professional, I highly recommend that you stay at the Orchid Hotel if you are considering a visit to Da Lat as you won't be disappointed in the hands on service they provide.

From the moment we arrived, we were both captivated by the spectacular views of the valley and mountains, and they were even more magical as we enjoyed them from the deep bathtub in our room. It was the perfect place to unwind together, with a breathtaking vista that felt like it was painted just for us. The impeccable service was a highlight we both noticed. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, always with a warm smile. Their attention to our comfort was so remarkable that we truly felt like we were the only guests in the entire hotel. We also appreciated the second turndown service each day, which refreshed our towels and tidied up, making us feel so pampered. The culinary offerings were equally amazing and a huge part of our experience. We started each morning with a delicious breakfast spread, and the complimentary afternoon tea was a delightful daily ritual we both looked forward to, a perfect moment to relax and soak in the atmosphere together. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and incredibly tasty. We can't recommend The Mist Boutique Hotel enough. It's a place where every element—from the stunning views and outstanding service to the delicious food—comes together to create a truly unforgettable and rejuvenating escape.

Close to everything, but on a quiet little street. The room was clean & the owner Rosaline is LOVELY! They were so accommodating. They did a load of laundry & gave us lots of recommendations!

This was my favorite lodging in Vietnam. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It's in a quiet neighborhood. I had a comfortable stay.
