The parking was right in front of the unit and no need to climb any stairs. The TV channels where many and picture reception excellent. There was good quality coffee available in the room.

Rated 4 stars but I don't know what more could be done to the property for it to be rated 5 stars. Excellent bed. Great location for us as it was a couple of klms from Armidale centre and close to the university. Rural setting with a gentle horse in an adjacent paddock who likes apples.

The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and there was also a washer available in the very generously sized bathroom. Comfort was ensured with reverse-cycle air conditioning and an electric blanket, handy in coping with the May chill. The host was friendly, helpful, and easily available to contact. I would definitely recommend the studio and would be more than happy to stay there again.

Just loved it here. Jonathan was an amazing host— warm, welcoming, responsive, and so helpful! Just coming back to this house every night felt like home— peaceful, homey, and relaxing. Even had a kangaroo and her Joey stopped by at dinner. I wish I could stay here forever. I will definitely stay here again!

Thank you for your hospitality which was above and beyond from welcome bubbles and chocolate to every amenity you didn't know you needed or wanted. A beautifully presented home from the manicured gardens on acreage, pool and tennis to ducted air conditioning and luxurious relaxing bath, gym and fire pit. I will return if given the opportunity.

There was even a desk in the second living area for my son who is in year 12 to work on assessments in a quiet, comfortable space. Kitchen and laundry were well equipped including an outdoor drying space for washing. Good location, quiet but also next door to the best cafe in Armidale. I would definitely recommend this place to friends looking for accommodation in Armidale.
