The welcome was great, the comfortable beds and the overall reception was excellent. We also had some trouble in making the payment in the premises but they helped us find an alternative payment option. We will surely visit the place tomorrow on our way back to Gauteng.

Cresta Thapama Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Francistown. This 3-star hotel offers a bar. The eggs (omlete, and scrambled) were too oily. Everything else was decent. Would have loved some honey to go with the muesli. Other than that I thought the hotel was much better than the three star rating it's given. Also thought the Door man/Bell Hop was a great guy.
