The year-round Rothesay Motel is located in the center of Rothesay Town, just a 5-minute walk from restaurants, a café and shops. It offers free wireless internet throughout and a communal BBQ area. I found the hotel a few days before the trip. It had to be close to where my daughter was competing. The hotel exceeded expectations. We had a 2 bedroom suite, kitchen with all the cooking supplies, utensils and more. That's important to us. And the price surprised us.

Shadow Lawn Inn has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Rothesay. The 4-star inn has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom and free WiFi. It was a really nice place to stay. The Staff was efficient and courteous. The room was very spacious. We arrived when they were hosting a private function and that was confusing but the staff member took care of us very quickly and showed us to our room. She promised it would be quiet after they left and by the time we came back from our dinner in town, it was much better.
