Correspondence with Hotel staff before travelling was smooth and efficient. A late check out was granted upon request. Airport pick up came fast. Check in was smooth.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The coffee machine in the room was impressive. The free breakfast was good.
The staff were kind and courteous.
The view of the morning sunrise from my room was beautiful.

We felt very welcomed here! They really personalize your stay with sweet notes and attention to detail. It's in a beautiful district of St. Johns and easily walkable to other locations. We enjoyed the breakfast baskets provided at our door in the morning and the cocktails at happy hour.

An amazing old home with the woodwork and staircase built by the same company that did the grand staircase on the Titanic. The level of craftsmanship is amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the host was most accommodating. The home was also furnished with very nice artwork and breakfast was very nice also.

I can't say enough good things about this property. The owner was fantastic at communicating everything about the property: sending the door code, explaining the parking, the use of the different rooms and of the kitchen, and even a bit of the history of the manor before we arrived. We stayed in the Mayor Shea Room. It was so spacious and comfortable. The mattress on the bed felt like it was new, and we slept well. The shower was good on pressure and temperature. The tub had jacuzzi jets, but we did not use that, just the shower. The location is in walking distance to many of the sights in the downtown historic area. We stayed one night, on a Sunday night, so we did not need to pay for parking. The owner will explain what to do if you are parking during the week. It was really a welcoming and positive experience. You will not be disappointed if you book this property. It will really give you a nice impression of St. John's. Thank you, we hope to return one day!

This was our first time in St.John's.
This was our first time in St.John's. We rented a car and drove along the Irish Loop and visited coastal towns along the way. We also visited sites around St.John's and we enjoyed it all, from Quidi Vidi Harbour, George Street, Jelly Bean Row, The Rooms, Basilica Cathedral of St. John, Marathon of Hope Mile 0, and more! Seeing the sunrise off Cape Spear was a incredible, and seeing the sunset from Signal Hill was amazing. There are a lot of great trails to walk through. So bring comfortable walking shoes and water bottle. There are so many beautiful views to discover!

This B&B is one of the very best, it’s beautifully decorated and maintained. The property is only about ten years old and is in a very nice neighbourhood. Hannah has done a fantastic job with this B&B, it is spotlessly clean and the whole environment is well maintained.

Wow what a beautiful city!
Wow what a beautiful city! Easy to navigate and sights not too far to walk or drive to. I really recommend doing Adams Pub/history crawl it was so cool to visit some haunted sights and try local beers and learn about the history. Getting screeched in at Christians pub and hiking up signal hill. So much history, great live music at almost every pub. Always something going on but also on a Monday it's quiet.

Such a unique, wonderful city to visit!
Such a unique, wonderful city to visit! Lots of interesting places to visit, amazing hiking trails and ocean views! Especially during fall, the colors are so beautiful! Would recommend Signal Hill, Cape Spear and the shops and restaurants on George Street and Water Street! We learned quite quickly the easier ways to get around. And everyone is so amazingly friendly!! Will definitely be back!!
