If you are on a road trip I could not recommend this place more highly. Totally comfortable. Has absolutely everything you need. Modern. Fresh. Clean. Efficient. Quiet. Great a/c which if you are on a motorbike having ridden for 8 hours through 34 degrees C is very important. Friendly staff. Great breakfast included in the room rate.

The room was extraordinarily comfortable and cozy , small detail like the lighting, coffee machine and the wonderful smell of the pillows and the duvet.
The house is an old historical building, the spirit has been kept mixing with a minimal decor style with very good taste.
Even old historical memories found by the owners, are on display when you climb the stairs.
The owners are nice , very helpful and really lovable.
From all the hotels around where I stayed in the past, this is definitely my favourite.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I'll definitely go back there again.
A very clean, pleasant and quiet room with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom.
The breakfast was delicious, and they even had oat milk, although I forgot to ask for vegetarian options (which they did on my last stay).
And the most important - very friendly stuff! Thank you and see you next time!

Giebelstadt is a small town with a major road going through the middle.
There are a number of eating options, and a shop and petrol station on the edge of the town.
The town has a nice castle in the middle next to the church.
Giebelstadt is a good place to stay for a night on the way to somewhere else.

When you go inside the town, you drive through a very old gate and immediately are in a different age. The town is very clean has very nice buildings and is very old. The lovely hotel we went to, fits perfectly in that scene. People we spoke to were very friendly and the restaurants are great.

The town of Marktbreit looks like a real museum.
The town of Marktbreit looks like a real museum. It was not destroyed during World War II. There are houses from the 1700s and 1800s, and people still live there, which is amazing. I recommend visiting just to see this town.
There is a fantastic restaurant Drachenburg downstairs, the food was delicious, like in a Michelin-starred restaurant. I highly recommend trying the schnitzel with potato salad, it's very tasty. The hotel owners are very hospitable and do their utmost to ensure the comfort of their guests. There is a supermarket near the hotel where you can buy groceries and cook in your apartment.

Beautiful town.
Beautiful town. We need to research local holidays in the future as this is not the first time we have arrived in a local town when they have their holidays meaning a lot of restaurants closed. We did however gind a fabulous Indian restaurant.

We actually stayed in Marktbreit through necessity rather than choice as it broke up our drive from Holland to Austria. However, it turned out to be a sweet, pretty little village, with some stunning buildings and beautiful gardens - it makes for a lovely stroll in the evening. The residents obviously take pride in their town so be prepared to take lots of pictures! It's very small, though, so staying for just one night was perfect for us.
