The best dollars/value spent on an hotel in DR, we rented this for a quick night in, an in between. the room was perfect, the staff is exceptional! especially senior Avelino! He is a real gem to this hotel! I strongly recommend this place!

Casa da Campo is a beautiful resort with plenty of restaurant options, all serving excellent food. The wait staff, pool staff, bellmen, reception and all others involved in the resort are all excellent and take very good care of the guests.

A relaxed beach town, and major step-off point for trips to Saona Island. The place is buzzing at the start and end of the day when island trips depart and return, but otherwise it's relaxed and friendly. Plenty of places to eat and drink at night. Overall, far more liberty to wander and take trips than if you're stuck at a resort :-)

The plase is nice and cozy .The beach is nice washed by the Caribbean Sea, but we were not lucky, there were big waves and some grass. The beach is coral so it is very inconvenient to go into the water with a wave

Casa de Campo is very calm and relaxing.

Casa de Campo is very calm and relaxing. Not a place for party-goers. Roads are clean, very secure and you can walk around. A paradise for golf players. Restaurants are fine, but everything is expensive. Prices are in dollars and at American rates, while product and service remains Dominican. Surely a money making machine for the owners.

It's a quaint little town.

It's a quaint little town. All the restaurants are Italian or pizzerias. They were fair to good. The stores are interesting. It is a small village. We enjoyed exploring it, but there's not a huge amount there besides the souvenir shops, a few clothing stores, a few bars, a few coffee shops, and a few restaurants.

Very nice environment, we were in an apartment, which is located together in the hotel area. It is possible to use all services for payment in hotels. It is close to the swimming pools and three of them are filled with sea water. The fourth is freshwater. Nice umbrellas, a sufficient number of sunbeds on a sandy base. Since the hotel is on a rock, there is no classic sandy beach and the entrance to the sea is via stairs. However, this does not detract from the attractiveness. Parking outside the building is charged 24 hours a day.

Stayed their for only one night as we were picking up a...

Stayed their for only one night as we were picking up a cruise the next day. Everything was good and the service was exceptional. As two senior women travelling I was very happy that the resort provided a wonderful person to pick us up at the airport and then he took us to the cruise port the next morning. I would definately stay their again. Also we arrived late evening so most eating places were closed so the owner made us an amazing pizza. This was a wonderful jesture as we were both tired from a long travel day and just wanted to relax. This was much appreciated.
