The hotel is located in a great place as everything is close by. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean and everything was in great condition. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

The main gentleman on reception (sorry I dont know your name!), Madonna in guest relations, Tarek and Emad at Sunset pool all made our stay brilliant. We were 3 adult couples with 3 separate rooms including one accessible room and one suite- all 3 were very comfortable. Food and drink options were great- lunch and dinner can either be buffet or a la carte. There were shops on site for snacks if you wanted, or you could go out to Soho Square- the location is excellent. We enjoyed bowling, watching the entertainment and shopping in Soho Square. The other great thing about this resort is the beach- absolutely amazing snorkeling and beach easy to walk to in 5-10 minutes or you could get the bus! A special thank you to Mina, Isaac and A.Morsy for your kind service in the lounge, the pool area and during cocktail hours in the evening. Everyone is super friendly and makes your stay your dream holidays. As I had an early morning departure, the kitchen prepared a breakfast box for me. Soho Square with plenty of shops, pharmacy, ATMs and restaurants is just opposite of the hotel.
