Very easy contactless entry which worked for us being a very late arrival. Room was very clean. Beds and pillows very comfy and the bathroom was very new and the rainforest shower was great too. Had a lovely breakfast in the morning at the connected cafe. Everyone was very friendly, would highly recommend!

Really lovely, spacey and very clean apartment, tastefully furnished with wonderfull art on the walls. Well equipped kitchen, great living room with airconditioning and a further central airco system for the bed rooms. Bathroom with great shower and washing machine, definitely a place you could stay for a longer period of time, because it feels like a home and there is a parking space in front of the building. Supermarket at a 10 minutes walk, Parma city centre approx. 5 minute by car. Nice restaurant (Cocchi) at 15 minutes walk, with typical Parma food. The host is very responsive and gives loads of useful info. Great place!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Very aware of the area they were in and recommended to get a taxi back after dark. However we still felt safe in the area.

location very convenient for the fiera, free parking, there are a range of restaurants within 15 mins walk - it is a little further from town though, about 25-30 mins walk. good range of breakfast snacks, abundant excellent coffee, plenty of space and very clean. if you prefer to have fresher pastries for breakfast there is an excellent patisserie 5 mins walk away, we got some to take from there on the second day. bed comfortable, would have been nicer with a duvet though. good value. communication excellent.
