The owners, managers and staff are rightly proud of this masterpiece. Hotel Palazzo Novello is a a charming and luxurious residence that makes you feel like you are being entertained by royalty. Our room was designed and furnished to perfection, and it was impeccably clean and comfortable. All the staff are courteous, proud and friendly. We were especially impressed by the 24-hour coffee making facilities. My wife and I were sad that we could not stay longer. A wonderful experience in every way.

I am grateful and thankful to the kind staff who found my earphones that I had forgotten in the room and actively helped me get them back. Otherwise, the hotel is perfect for a transit traveler, there is free parking, the room is clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the shower is of adequate quality. And the kindness of the staff adds a lot to the pleasant feeling.

Brilliant space, clean, kind stuff, amazing location!

Comfortable, clean, modern and next to the train station! Good service.

Every day cleaned, new towels, made beds. Breakfast simple, but good (no warm options like eggs...). Good overall location. 20-30km from two lakes, main road is near so quick and easy travels to bigger cities like Modena, Milan... Working AC, but it is old and a bit noisy at least in our room.
