One of 3 receptionists was ok. We got 2nd floor ( I asked 1st ot 2nd) Breakfast was ok. The hotel is placed in very down town some less than100m from lake promenade. The place belongs to nearby Astoria hotel, there is reception desk and breakfast. Due to very rude night male receptionist we didn't try other meals.

The people were very nice! They were waiting for us till 11 pm as we were late. Very nice! Fantastic view, great parking lot and very close to the city centre.

Wonderful place with wonderful people, fresh and tasty breakfast 🥞, nice team in hotel , I’ll stop here next time with my family for sure 👌🏽

Great place, great staff, great decor.

The hospitality at hotel Gabbiano is above and beyond. We met Christian the hotel manager who helped us in a very bad situation when our car got broken after checkout. He did not only bring us to a car repair shop and managed the translation with the Italian mechanic patiently. In the end he even drove us 1h with all our luggage in his private car to our new hotel without expecting anything in return!!! I cannot express how much friendliness, hospitality and help we experienced in particular from Christian and the whole hotel Gabbiano Team. Highly recommend! Also for the cleaniness, the breakfast and the great location just a few steps from the sea. We will definitively come back and recommend this place to our friends.

Overall it was a goood experience. Staff was very helpful, especially at the reception. Except the bartender who refused to give me couple of cubes of ice to put on my kids skin rash without me buying drinks (heartless), everyone else were really helpful. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast was full of variety and catered for everyone. Pool and the surrounding was fantastic. Location is perfect to reach all types of activates.

Place is amazing. The hotel is near the mountain and has an opened swiming spool.Staff is wonderful, and food is delicious. I would highly recommend the hotel Marco Polo ,especially to families and people who like peacful but active holiday.

We were very suprised. Staff was incredible nice, a bathroom was new and clean, pool and other equipment were fantastic. This hotel should not be 3S, but 4star!

Everything was fantastic !!! Super service. We were upgraded to a lovely room with balcony and view. Quiet situated. Very clean. Lovely towels and bed. Good bar with top service. Excellent breakfast with all you can dream of.

We stayed in the spa siute during autumn. accommodation is great value for the price and everything was clean and cozy. Staff is attentive and they made us feel special.

Lads walking holiday, great base. Excellent vfm. Free excursion to monte baldo,saved us a fair bit money. Lots of great walking from hotel door step.

Location was perfect, so near to the lake. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was brilliant, something for everyone. Pool was lovely, served tasty pizza and limoncello spritz. Amazing setting. Would definitely go back again and recommend to people.
