Convenient and close to airport staff understood English and were very polite and helpful. The aircon worked well and the room had block out curtains. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was hot. Real surprise.

i'm a genius level 3 and I don't usually bother leaving reviews, but this hotel really deserves it. I've stayed at many hotels around Beirut, but this place has quickly become a favorite, it exceeded all my expectations. The amenities are fantastic, and both the rooms and bathrooms are modern and spotless. The staff is incredibly polite and professional, always ready to help. The Wi-Fi is fast, and my room came with a mini kitchenette, which I absolutely loved. When I needed to switch rooms, the staff was super helpful and accommodating. This is officially my new go-to spot in Beirut.

The smile of all employees was very important to me. Everyone did their best for our demands. I was very pleased with the service of the breakfast team and their manager and the taste of the food. The reception team and their manager were always well-groomed and smiling. Every morning they asked how everything was going the day before. The location of the hotel was close to nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The view from the room and the balcony was very nice. I will definitely stay in the same hotel on my next visit. Free entrance to Lancaster Eden Bay was also excellent. I would like to thank all the management and all the staff. You made my vacation perfect. I wish you success in your professional and private life. Stay healthy until we meet again.
