It was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Special mention goes to the managers, who were exceptionally welcoming and cheerful, making the stay feel even more like home. The room was nice and clean, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. Their warm hospitality truly stood out and made my visit memorable. Nassamat is a really beautiful hotel, with a lovely pool and gorgeous rooms. The restaurant was wonderful - the breakfasts were outstanding. But the staff were what made the stay absolutely exceptional - incredible service, always helpful and couldn't do enough to make the stay as amazing as possible. Extra appreciation goes to the taxi driver the hotel recommended who helped so much. I can't recommend this place enough.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and beyond expectations. A special shout-out to Halim at the reception — he was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything. His warm attitude truly made our stay feel extra special.
The breakfast was excellent, with great variety, and the staff were extremely friendly — a perfect start to our mornings.
Great service, super clean rooms, and a perfect overall atmosphere.
Definitely a 6-star experience — highly recommended!
