The place was sparkling clean. The room was spacious tidy and the pool was cleaned regularly during the day and everything was well maintained
The staff was professional, super friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was a delicious Lebanese traditional meal. Their restaurant also serves lunch and dinner and the location is close to a couple of nice restaurants too.
The location is pretty with a nice view of the mountains

I had a wonderful stay at Haya Hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Wassim, General Manager, for his professionalism and kindness — he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and relaxing.

We had such a great time at Hotel Ehden! The rooms were comfy and the whole place had a really chill, welcoming vibe. One of the best parts was the restaurant - the food was seriously delicious. Every meal we tried was super tasty. Definitely coming back!!

The location and staff are charming and the best aspect about it. The hotel interior and gardens are also very tasteful and cozy, it felt really good going back there after a long day around the area. But really the staff were amazing.
