Just got back from a 3-night stay at Al Habtoor in Lebanon, it exceeded expectations. The service was top-notch from start to finish, and a big part of that was thanks to Manuella—she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From check-in to restaurant recommendations, she handled everything with a warm smile and genuine professionalism. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall vibe of the hotel was perfect ! Highly recommended

The best part of this hotel is the hospitality we were welcomed with. Once we arrived, we were given a room next to the reception area. We conveyed our concerned that the room might be a little bit noisy due to its location but yet we happily settled in the room. Half an hour later, we received a phone call from the manager who expressed her will to upgrade us to a suite upstairs. We gladly accepted and this really meant a lot. To top it up, the lady refused to let us pay for the 2 beers we took from the minibar and said it was on the house.
The breakfast is another thing to talk about. It is exceptional! (See pic)
In short, the place is great for a relaxing stay and it is very close to the Barouk cedar reserve, which you can have a very beautiful hike in.
