We stayed at Ricky's for several nights in the two-bedroom apartment and had a truly enjoyable experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, hospitable, and always willing to help—they really went out of their way to make us feel at home. Their warm and thoughtful service made our stay feel extra special. A special thanks to Ricky, the owner, who was always responsive and attentive, as well as to Lyn and Walid, who were incredibly helpful with all our needs. As Ricky said, “You check in as customers and check out as friends,” and that’s exactly how we felt. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend Ricky’s to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable place to stay.

Best hotel ever compared to the price and view

Loved the boutique old vintage style of the hotel.. the quietness, the views and comfort. Will definitely come back next time!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful in every detail — I was truly captivated by its charm. The area is lovely, and the hotel staff are all friendly, helpful, and always smiling. A special thanks to the beautiful Amal, whose smile is truly captivating. Thank you, Amal, and thanks to everyone🩷

The breakfast, sunday buffet, menu items were all exceptional. The food is high quality, clean, good variety, and GENUINE lebanese. We stayed for 7 nights and were pleased all the time. The service was excellent. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Understandably, there were electricity cuts, and the generators would take over straight away. There was no shortage of water. I will definitely return.

Did not take breakfast, so cannot comment, but room service was delivered quickly and the food was excellent. The room was huge, as was the bathroom, well-equipped, clean, comfortable and with stunning view of the mountains from the veranda. The staff could not have been more helpful or more pleasant.

We have stayed at the Promenade Hotel before and once again felt very comfortable during our stay. The staff were generally very friendly, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and we genuinely enjoy staying here. In fact, we have already booked another stay for October.

Clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly

Five star service, clean and modern.

Location and cleanness, staff was kind

The hotel is near ABC. The staff were so helpful.. love it.

The place is amazing, the staff are very friendly. Special thanks for Mr Khaled the manager who made us feel at home. Will always come back. A must visit place.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming; there is someone who helps you with the baggage. The hotel is a renovated traditional Lebanese house, which lets you experience travel in time in the mountains. It's a very nice escape from the heat in the summer. The rooms are clean, and the room service is fast. I recommend staying there!

The place is calm, the garden is beautiful, the room is clean and the theme is cute... The receptionist is super kind and helping and the service is amazing.

The room is newly renovated and clean; free parking; decent price.

The jacuzzi is big and fits 2 people comfortably. The living room was spacious, my friends came over and we were 5 people sitting. Also the heaters worked perfectly as the temperature outside was very low.

Daad, super warm hospitality, it felt really like home
