The staff is so kind and helpful, the position is safe and 10 minutes from the airport. The hotel offer a free shuttle to the airport. The room are perfectly clean and new. We didn't have breakfast because we left very early. A perfect spot if you will spend a night to relax before the flight.

That it was close to the airport and a lot of restaurants to go eat. I loved the staff they were friendly and very courteous. I unfortunately forgot my toothbrush and they were able to give me a toothbrush for free. I will be returning to this hotel next year.

This location is very close to the airport and I was able to walk there in only 30 minutes on the morning of my flight. They have a shuttle, but Uber would be cheaper and more convenient. The location was close to some stores like OXXO and Waldos for snacks and restaurants right across the street. Great location! Quiet and comfortable room. Friendly staff!

I won't recommend this hotel, unless this was the only option, or like me. Booked this site in error. The check-in night staff was pleasant. the morning staff, was rude and unprofessional. Like she did not wanted to be bothered. Facial expression was bad.

Tijuana is a large city with many varied neighborhoods. You can easily find any number of activities and great restaurants. Traffic is a problem like most large cities. I recommend using Uber or a cab to get around. Driving a private car is a little daunting for anyone not used to the traffic patterns and style.

I should’ve just spent 50 more to go to a better motel if I knew they were gonna rob me of 150, charged my card extra.STAY AWAY! it was dirty and unsafe, the employee Orlando and the young boys at night are rude and shady watch out!!!! Not a family friendly spot! And the roads leading up to the motel is killer on tires FYI. Spend a little more on somewhere better so you don’t get ROBBED A lot more.

Very easy to walk around and is pretty safe. We stay in a trendy nice area with lots of cafes and restaurants and is close to everything we do.. We walk everywhere snd never any problems at all.

Small town with a really good Chinese Restaurant. Very close to a nature reserve with great trails for hiking, and a place to go horseback riding. I highly recommend both the staff and horses at Ponyland. They even have a small petting zoo.

Poisonous ocean water and air. The ocean has been closed to swimmers for over a 1000 days due to massive Humana’s sewage problem. The air at time stinks horribly , and can be full of poisonous gases.

leaving the Tijuana border was a nightmare via car..roads need fixing there's no lane on major busy roads so like a bunch of cars will be driving any side since there's no Lanes..those with anxiety be ready for the madness..Food wasn't bad but stinks in some areas

Do not stay here. I left within 15 minutes of checking in. The TV had been stolen from the room, a drug addict staying next door tried to get into my room as soon as I got there, the lock on the door was broken, there were drug deals happening out front, the sheets were covered in red and brown stains, the room was awful. I don’t expect 5 star hotels, but I was genuinely scared I’d be murdered if I stayed here so I left almost immediately and drove to another motel.

We went for our 30th Anniversary and absolutely loved it there! We loved walking the beach and the pier. There were people swimming, paddle boarding, and surfing and they were really fun to watch. There were lifeguards making sure things were good and if the waves were dangerous they'd announce it. The restaurant on the pier had great food and we don't even love seafood. We met a lot of really nice people fishing off the pier. They were fun to talk with. There's a cute ice cream shop right by and other restaurants. We thought the location was great and the view and sunsets were amazing! We want to go back!
