Its sad the economy seems depressed.
Its sad the economy seems depressed. I think Americans are afraid to travel to Mexico when It is perfectly safe. The media paints a very negative picture of Mexico being dangerous. I feel safer here than I do in Syracuse, NY or Detroit.

There's a beautiful beach facing the Pacific Ocean here,...
There's a beautiful beach facing the Pacific Ocean here, it's amazing! We could try various local Mexican dishes at different restaurants. There are also public transportation and taxi stations, but we didn't try them since we were on a road trip. I recommend staying 3 nights or 4 days to relax and enjoy the local food and sea views. Don't miss the lobster and seafood delicacies!

Rosarito was a very safe place with a lot of Americans and that made the visit a lot more comfortable. Puerto Nuevo was just 15 minutes away and the food was like no other. There were several restaurants to choose from, and the atmosphere was nice

If you are looking for a nice getaway, private and not...
If you are looking for a nice getaway, private and not harassed don't go here. There is a gatekeeper at the parking lot reporting to the owner right away and she has cameras at the front entrance. The condo had capacity for 6 people, I registered 3 and at the last minute took an extra 2 folks. Instantly, I was having to pay for those additional people through Zelle.
The listing mentioned Air Conditioner, no such thing. My 96 year old father suffered at night without any cool air. The listing agent told me it was booking.com's fault. I called booking.com customer service and they stated it was her fault. Later that day, the property owner changed the listing to read “heating” vs air conditioner. Not having AC during these high heat wave times are not easy to deal with. It would have made sense to be transparent and price accordingly and add extra floor fans.
Condition of the property could have been better. The hallway sink was slow at draining. The property owner thought it was odd that this was happening since the property gets verified before a new customer rents. I felt it was odder that there wasn’t any toilet paper for one of the bathrooms, plus the toilet paper holder was completely broken. Obviously, the unit was not thoroughly checked.

We booked an ATV tour and paint ball.
We booked an ATV tour and paint ball. The next day, we booked a tour of Valle Guadalupe - and toured some wineries. The last two days, we booked massages, and chilled around the pool. It was a perfect getaway!

We walked to the beach in the morning which was so peaceful...
We walked to the beach in the morning which was so peaceful and tranquil. There were people offering horseback rides on the beach for $300 MX pesos per hour. We parked at Mr. Biscuit Breakfast and Bakehouse and walked to the beach. The breakfast was amazing. They brought us biscuits, butter and jam when we were seated. We also walked to several shops where we bought beautiful pottery.

This is the best place to stay in Rosarito. Excellent and safe area, excellent apartments, where there is everything you need for a short and long stay, for example, if you work on a computer and represent a freelancer. It will be cozy and quiet, there is an excellent Internet connection. We felt as if we were in a certain place for meditation. You and the ocean and more than anyone. These were the most exciting views from anywhere in the apartment, as if you are soared over the ocean. It was great, this place will always remain in my heart.

Wonderful location, under 10 minutes driving to the beach in the center but far enough from the bustle for a family of three to feel safe and get a good night's sleep. The apartment itself was spacious and very well-supplied. The host was friendly and accommodating.

Perfect rooms location great .. Breakfast perfect.. however this is NOT a family location to stay … unfortunately even with the windows closed the loud thumping music til 4am was unbearable… we couldn’t wait to leave and go back to Orange County x

Love the place. Very clean , quiet. I would return again oh just Parking is to narrow. But everything is good. Every is very close to the downtown and beach.
