Amazing stay the service was really next level good. There are maybe only a few rooms booked. I think the hotel had more people working then guests. Only one day someone else was at the gigantic pools.

The apartments are very luxe, the place is brand new. The main pool was beautiful. The apartment kitchen and lounge was great. Huge comfortable beds and good aircon. The location was good, close to down town, right next to a huge supermarket and banks which was great (there are also taxis there). TV in front of the bed. Overall great value for money. Lock box for key

The location is convenient, the rooms clean. Good value for money. The staff was very heplful in solving the problem which I created myself. Maybe a bit noisy in the morning with open window(ok with closed). Note that if you want more than toast, coffee and fruits, it is additional charge.

Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Breakfast each day was included and very good (can choose from a menu which is rare), the room is really clean with everything you need and the bed is so comfortable! I really recommend this place to everyone visiting Tulum.

Nice apartment with everything you need to prepare breakfast. A grocery store is located directly across from the accommodation. There is a lovely pool. It’s a 15-minute walk to the city center. Parking is available for a car.

The place was nice, and the pools were clean, it could have had a restaurant, or sold some convenience options being so far out of Tulum, ended up renting a car, but overall a beautiful property, no English speaking staff though.

The beach areas were not easy to access and were dominated by resorts which you had to pay to use there parking and beach. There was also a lot of seaweed which can be a problem. Finding a public beach was not easy and we can't really comment on their quality as we didn't get to one. Staying in one of the resorts may give a different experience.

Small typical town for the area without many tourists.

Small typical town for the area without many tourists. A couple of good local options for simple restaurants (we ate at Los Primos) which offered good food at reasonable prices. Felt perfectly safe to walk/drive around after dark here as well.

We seriously lucked out with our stay here.

We seriously lucked out with our stay here. From the moment we pulled up to the quiet location and sea breeze we were over the moon with the place and it only for better from there. The accommodation is spacious, clean and well equipped. Julian was a super host and made sure we were happy throughout our stay. Antal has friendly, helpful staff full time that even brought us fresh coconuts our first day. There are kayaks and paddle boards available for use and loads of fun games in the communal area. We spent a few blissful days just at the salt water pool enjoying the views. I cannot recommend this place enough and we will be back! The one detail I would add is you really need a car to make the most of the area.

Sargassum in huge amounts, every day during our holidays mid April 2026. Beach clubs virtually completely empty due to this and probably also due to low season. At least they didn't charge their ridiculous minimum spend now. Feels like Tulum has lost its soul, except in a few select places that have been around, that respect nature and in the city itself. Had an ok time there, but will never go back. The worst however is when you want to visit the ruins of Tulum: people jump in front of your car to park there, want to rip you off with tickets for this and that, with maps and guide. Just take your car and drive to Coba instead.

The apartment was tranquil and quiet!

The apartment was tranquil and quiet! A perfect place to rest! The host (management company) was very proactive, responsive and efficient! Great AC and a lovely pool! The king size bed was so comfortable! Definitely stay here! And definitely book a meal at Probadita (you can walk there from the apartment)! There are quiet roads to run on if you enjoy jogging like I do! We were unable to cook because there was an induction burner without induction cookware. However, the host said they will look into this with immediacy! There was no closet or drawers to place our clothing and the electrical outlets were in strange locations (a bit difficult to access).

Tulum is welcoming, has chill vibes and is a great town for scootering around and has many Cenote’s close by that are well worth visiting. We loved the Temple of Dome cenote, Grand cenote and spent a day at Vesica Cenote (spa like, food/service is great)! We feel like there is a lot more to visit here in Tulum another time. Try out the restaurant: La Taque Tulum Resturant for some authentic Mexican food. Lots of good restaurants to choose from and felt super safe walking around at night.

Lovely town away from the tourist trap.

Lovely town away from the tourist trap. It felt safer than Tulum town. The locals are very friendly. One grocery shop and 3 restaurants. We recommend Los Primos. Great service, prices and the best food we had.
