I stayed at YOTELAIR Amsterdam Schiphol during a 21-hour layover while traveling with my 1-year-old child, and I have to say it was a great experience despite some of the mixed online reviews I had read beforehand. Yes, the price is on the higher side, but it’s worth it for the convenience and comfort it provides. After a long flight, being able to relax in a private and quiet space was a game changer—much better than trying to get some rest on airport chairs, especially with a little one in tow. The compact, cabin-like rooms were surprisingly well-designed and made the most of the space available. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and well-maintained. It provided everything we needed for a short stay, including a clean bathroom and even a space to stretch out and play with my child. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. The location, right inside the terminal, made it incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with a toddler. If you’re looking for luxury, this may not be the place for you, but if you value practicality, rest, and privacy during a long layover, I would definitely recommend YOTELAIR. I’ll gladly stay here again if I have a similar stopover in the future.

The Hotel Mercure Schiphol Terminal is located in Lounge 3 of Schiphol Airport opposite the KLM Crown Lounge. Wonderful hotel at a pleasant price. It has everything you need: a private shower, soft and comfortable beds. The reception staff are very friendly and attentive to guests. I especially appreciated the wake-up call service before my flight. The location is quiet and peaceful, allowing you to have a great rest before a flight or during a layover.

Located in Badhoevedorp and with Vondelpark reachable within 8.1 miles, Corendon Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel has express check-in and check-out, non-smoking rooms, a terrace,... I had a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautiful, the garden is soothing, and I loved the giant plane parked outside. Actually, it was so fun to go inside the plane and take a look at the cockpit! The restaurants serve delicious food - I had some juicy grilled steak at the buffet, and the best cheesecake I have ever eaten at the SkyBar. The coconut cheesecake reminded me of my home country, it was so nostalgic. I had such a relaxing time, swimming and eating and resting. Using the shuttle, I was able to go to the city and tour around. I really needed a break and staying at the Corendon Village hotel was perfect. Thank you for the break and rest and comfort!

Corendon Apartments Amsterdam Schiphol Airport in Badhoevedorp provides accommodations with a garden, a terrace, and a bar. The location and the staff were so friendly and professional. Especially the receptionist Jihan is so helpful and friendly, that answered all of the questions and guided us through our stay. In general I like the staff as well as the breakfast the most
