We arrived after a tiring day on a motorbike , drenched wet to the room, that was very comfortable. Had very good hot shower. The host Ms Diksha (Dee) Gauchan was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was good. So was the dinner.

Cozy common area around the wood burning stove, with the host telling stories about the area. Lovely old wooden building with character. One of our most memorable stays in Nepal.
We appreciated that they allowed us to store our bikes in a secure indoor area.

The roof has a marvelous 360 degree view of the mountains. It’s one of a kind. The area with camp fire has nice seating and vibes. Ideal place to sit with fellow Travellers and spend the evening.

Muktinath is a last area of lower mustang.
Muktinath is a last area of lower mustang. So if u planned to go there don't stay at night and don't go alone. Reserve a car and go there with a group at the morning and then back in your hotel at the afternoon. If u wants to stay 1 night then stay at jomsom not in muktinath.

Just be prepared for basic facilities. Certainly doable.
Just be prepared for basic facilities. Certainly doable. Staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. They take great satisfaction in serving their guests. And food is exceptional. Great location across from the airport and close to food stalls, shops, and a short way to more local business. The authentic experience of Mustang.

The village was very small and all other travellers were there for the temple which meant a lot to the visitors and they made us very welcome. Lots of good walking to be had but not a lot open in the village as it was out of season . Must mention Bob Marley bar and restaurant- food was excellent

Muktinath is a very spiritual place, with the energy really high. The people are very friendly. Slow walk up the stairs to the main temple area as air is thinner but the views and the 108 Dhara bathing was incredible.
