This is a smaller hotel, well located with excellent rooms, staff and comprehensive buffet breakfast. Rooms are clean and comfortable

The hotel was overall amazing. Rooms were modern and comfortable with nice touches (oil diffuser, pillow spray etc.) The breakfast was amazing, a good selection of fresh healthy food the blueberry loaf was out of this world. We also took part in the classes which were enjoyable and also the spa. We'll definitely be back (at least once a year!) It was that good!

The staff was very friendly and helpful everywhere on the resort, if there was something we needed help with or had a special wish we could always ask and the staff tried there best to accommodate us. This being an all inclusive resort the food was delicious at all times, our favorites was the steakhouse and the buffé restaurant. The amazing bartenders could mix any type of drink you desired and even on the standard all inclusive we received drinks made from Havana Club rum, Bombay gin, Smirnoff vodka and so on. The hotel was very clean and the was both in the room, at the pool areas, the bars and the restaurants. The hotel is about 800 meters from the beach, it is a bit of a steep walk but if that is to much for you there even was a train going every half hour from the hotel to the Alvor beach and back. And if you aren't a big fan of the beach the pool areas are super nice as well, there is an adult pool area, an area with 3 pools for everyone and a kids pool. There is even a doctor on the resort.

Fantastic beach is close to the hotel ad there is a lift to the beach. Beautiful territory and swimming pool. Vey good dinner. A bit old hotel but charming.

Everything was perfect. Room was really big, mattress was comfortable, breakfast amazing. I would definitly come again when visiting Portimao in future.

The staff were amazing! I have special diet and each meal they were so proactive and attentive. Really outstanding service. We had one of the best stays there due to difference made by the staff.
