A corner of beautiful nature among impersonal buildings. The room was clean with a very nice garden view. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly; they offer coffee each morning and any information you would need. They even prepared delicious donuts for us (without being asked ). It’s a very quiet area and that’s awesome for a good resting sleep. Also for me it’s important the bathroom so I will mention that it was new, clean and well equipped. Within walking distance (~5min) from the sea and restaurants.

The hotel looks very good. Great breakfast, great terrace, beautiful staff! Reception people are so sweet and helpful.

Clean, good breakfast, good location

Incredible place! Wish we could have stayed longer! Where to even start? Great staff, the gentleman at the front desk spoke excellent English and very informative. Room is large and comfortable, perfectly cleaned. All modern comforts, including a fold out clothes dryer! The spa area is included with your stay, highly recommend the wet sauna and salt room for ultimate relaxation. Kids have a daily entertainment schedule as well as a games room with video games, pool, air hockey, foosball and ping pong table. Breakfast was generous with a great selection. The young man who served us spoke excellent English and was friendly and informative on food selection. Food and especially drinks are on the expensive side, but plenty of choice. Great view to the beach, with many loungers and day beds. Extra attention could be paid here, as there was litter left by previous beach goers. We spent a few hours and no one came to check if we wanted drinks or a mattress. We were enjoying ourselves, and didn't bother to try to get anyone's attention either- though a missed opportunity for an upsell. 3 pools- one very large, a deep rectangular one and a small shallow one that some toddlers enjoyed. The small one could use a quick clean and scrub of the algae growth. Thanks again for the pleasant stay!

I enjoyed everything , fantastic and beautiful hotel...the hospitality was incredible as the italian hospitality wants. The staff was the top. I passed a beatiful day and I' dure that I Will returno there for an other vacation and I Will suggest Villa Italia Boutique tô my friends

Very clean and good equipment used all over. They have their own beach with a discount for the sunbeds. Very nice people there. Great breakfast. Parking available a fee spots but enough spots on the street near this property.

Very friendly staff especially Corina in the breakfast room, very friendly and works very hard to clean and make sure all the guests have a table to enjoy a wonderful breakfast!

A clean, friendly, and stylish hotel with a brilliant location, amazing facilities (pool, restaurant), and a relaxing vibe. Perfect for families with teens looking to enjoy the beach and unwind. We’d happily return!

Fantastic rooms, lots of space

Very clean, warm, bright interior, close location to the airport. A very good alternative for those who arrive at Constantia airport and have not yet decided on housing or transport, especially at night. A taxi service can be arranged at the reception. At night, when the restaurant is closed, food and coffee can be bought at a nearby gas station.

The host has been wonderful. We had two dachshunds and he welcomed them with open heart.
