Our stop here was the highlight of the entire trip! While the house is small, it is well-equipped and has nearly everything you could wish for. The bed is wonderful; I can't remember the last time I slept as well as I did here!

Located by the E4 highway, this hotel is 0.6 mi from central Umeå. It offers free parking, free gym access and all rooms have free Wi-Fi internet. Umeå Teg Airport is a 7-minute drive away. Breakfast was amazing. The staff was even better. A-lot of good facilities as well!

Hotell Gamla Fängelset is a converted prison from 1861 located in central Umeå and offers free WiFi and breakfast. All rooms have windows and shared bathroom facilities. I had 4 days accommodation in a single cell, small but very clean. It's the best “prison” I've ever been. You'll never find more friendly “guards”. It was home-like feeling indeed. Highly recommend!

Set in a former medical officer’s villa, this central Umeå hotel is 328 feet from the Ume River. Sauna, relaxation area and WiFi access are free, as is a light evening buffet. It used to be a medical center and the room is unexpectedly spacious, comfortable. The staffs are very friendly. It has an indoor parking garage. Breakfast is good. You can make your own waffle, coffee for whole day. Nice and relax. Walking distance to the nice surroundings. Definitely stay again if we visit this place again.
