The hotel is clean, tidy, and very well maintained. On the second floor, there is unlimited coffee and tea available, along with a microwave, oven, and a large TV — making it a perfect place to enjoy late-night snacks, watch sports, or have a relaxing chat with friends. Every staff member was exceptionally friendly. In particular, Sherry H provided outstanding service. Not only did she give me detailed travel information about visiting Xiangshan in person, she also followed up by email with additional resources and even shared some of her own travel experiences. This level of care truly felt like top-tier hospitality and made me feel completely at home. I honestly don’t know how the management trains their team to maintain such an impressive standard.

The location was good! Free parking was terrific! The way the hotel make rules clearly stated in advance is awesome. The best is the staff. They are super friendly and helpful! The are the assets of this business!

Good location, with bus and MTR stop nearby. Loads of good restaurants and breakfast spots within a 5 min walk. Shopping just next door and convenience store almost on-site. Staff are well-trained, very welcoming. Rooms were good sized, quiet and clean.

Bunk bed's space is big enough and comfortable, locker is secured, toilet is big and clean.

Automated check was possible when my flight arrived very late. Very good soundproofing, very quiet room, even the fridge is silent! The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Access to free drinking water. Lots of natural light in the room and a nice view of the street
