Staff is amazing, friendly and helpfull.
Complimentary soup at the dinning room, as we arrived late at very rainy and cold day was such a great surprise, we very blown away, that is such a great idea.

I like the atmosphere of the hotel ppl keep out of one another's way and are polite... I enjoy the fact that if you have a do not disturb sign on the door they do not bother you for anything not even housekeeping... I enjoy their coffee bar that's all day & the continental breakfast...

Loved Diane the desk clerk. Very helpful with a great sense of humor. Safe location outside of the ST. Louis area which is what we were looking for as this was a halfway stop on our way to Kentucky. Hot breakfast options (2 kinds of eggs, waffles, sasauge,potatoes) Yummy. Many cold options available too. Rooms clean and comfortable. Low Water pressure not a show stopper but could be improved. Laundry facilities available as well as pool and fitness area. Did not use any of these. Located just off the interstate with just a Domino Pizza near the hotel. Two towns within 8 miles of hotel have dining options requiring travel.

Downtown O’Fallon on a Thursday night (night we went) was nice. After driving in from Texas, we wanted a pub we could relax in. There are quite a few places to choose from, but we went to 1st Street Bar & Grill. We sat outside, had cocktails and dinner. The food and service were very good and sitting outside was relaxing. We will go back to 1st Street Bar & Grill on our next trip!

The rooms are clean and nice and if you love TV there's lots of channels. If you need something, the front desk people were awesome..

We live close by, so we came here previously.
We live close by, so we came here previously. We don't normally stay at the hotel when there is a convention because we live 15 minutes away. Due to the fact that the fireworks are going to be going off all night on July 4th we needed to wait to get away from that. I appreciate the DoubleTree was there so that we could have a good night's sleep.

I want a full refund back and not no damn refund for credit either I want a full refund to be put back on my card, reason is because of how damn nasty and dirty the room was and how their is black mold and how the sink is literally falling in and also they have majorly problems with having bugs severely bad, the room is very nasty and filthy, so therefore I want my full refund back on my card asap.

I was in the area to visit family.
I was in the area to visit family. This location is convenient. A different place had been my go-to for several years but they have been going downhill so I thought I'd try something else. I chose the BW in Mascoutah because of the ratings and the fact that I was offered a good deal through Booking.com. This hotel is very clean and modern. The pool was decent. Breakfast was very good.

My grandmother lives in the O'Fallon Shiloh area. Great shopping and restaurants. About 30 minutes from St. Louis. O'Fallon is a great place to stay if you like a smaller, safe town type setting at night but want to visit the big city attractions like the St. Louis zoo and museums during the day.

Drury Inn and used to be very accommodating staff used to be on top of their game this time the kitchen was behind it was not packed we had to wait for food it was my birthday weekend and they weren't able to give me an upgrade for free but they had multiple suites available and I stay there on a regular basis I had the pulled pork which was terrible and needs to be taken off the menu

The hotel is dirty and dated, especially the elevator, hall and our shower. Smoking banned yet cigarette smoke permeated the lobby. Staff was rude and indifferent. Couldn’t even provide coffee before 8:30 on a Sunday morning. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Nothing this was the worst hotel stay I've ever been at the entire place was dirty and disgusting there was a dead bug on the floor, toilet had someone poop on the rim and seat was loose and broken, tub was dirty and disgusting I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. Elevator is disgusting hallways smells like smoke and disgusting I only slept here because I did a 18 hour drive and was exhausted but never again.
