I think its was my first time and I need to understand and familiarize with transportation and ways around the area. we would just like you got know that this hotel closed down 3 months ago, but we only found out when we arrived in JFK & didn't get through on the phone & someone from a car hire place told us. Can't believe you didn't inform us. I called one of your agents & he could only offer us another hotel further away & twice as much cost?? We are very disappointed in this service as it made our trip very stressful Albert Carroll

Jackson Heights is a wonderful area of Queens.
Jackson Heights is a wonderful area of Queens. Family area with many wonderful parks and interesting streets. The population is quite diverse and friendly. Plenty of restaurants and stores in the area that make shopping convenient. Safe neighborhood.

Spotless clean, close to LaGuardia Airport, everything appeared brand new. Bed pillows and sheets fresh crisp and clean. Could see Manhattan out the window. Neat Morrican Neighborhood with little cafes restaurants and food carts.

If you like Chinese meals, teas and other stuff you will love Flushing because there are so many Chinese restaurants, Chinese shops etc. There's also a food court where you can find so many style of meals eg Thai meals etc There are other shops you could buy things from at cheaper rates too. e.g Jembro, also road side sellers e.g watches, handbags etc The Main street station (subway) is there too and you can literally connect from there to other places eg it takes you to Manhattan (Time square) etc

Dirty and trash all over, a lot of homeless or illegal immigration, the selling and consumption of drugs was obvious, parking your car is a hassle, the Police was nice and good public transportation. Prices of goods and services are very expensive.
