This Quality Inn was in a part of town where we didn't feel particularly safe. Our motel room was very dirty and one of the beds had crumbs in it (and who knows what else). The only positive was that the staff was helpful. Pitiful grab bag breakfast.

I thought Goodyear was a very nice area to visit.
I thought Goodyear was a very nice area to visit. The scenery is beautiful. I was there for Reds Spring Training Games. There is quite a bit of traffic in Goodyear. I-10 is always very busy and gets backed up a certain times of the day. I was only there for 5 days but could have stayed longer - didn't get to see everything but I would highly recommend this area.

Anybody wondering about Avondale let me fill you in Avondale is a fantastic town with great amenities in and everything that you could want the streets are clean the traffic well traffic is traffic but the other drivers on the road are pretty friendly even in bumper bumper to bumper they're a fantastic places to eat excellent car washes in the city is well maintained and well kept

Went to see family in Corde Bella, so we were close to them (the purpose of going) and the price for our vacation rental was outstanding for this area. Not much going on close to the property, you'll have to drive a bit but you're close to Safeway and Starbucks, If you're looking for lots of restaurants (we were) you're going to drive a ways to find good ones. Lots of fast food, gas stations, retail close-by.

Surprise was close to family for us. Easy to drive places, lots of restaurants, stores and gas stations available. We were there mid November and it was hotter than normal for that time. (Highs in the 80s). Would go later next time for cooler weather.

This survey is a total waste of time. The motel was in very poor condition. Really, one of the questions is ,"did I have a working toilet"!!! The things I did in Goodyear was fun. I will be back, just not in this hotel. Your pictures on line are a total misrepresentation of the facility!!!

There are plenty of restaurants and great food which are not available in my city. We ate at Oregano’s Italian restaurant and had the best pizza there! The salad was amazing and delicious. We want to eat at other restaurants in this area as we were given many different recommendations of great places to eat and relax in. Caroline’s has the best tacos and the beans are amazing… this was a recommendation I was surprised to hear.

Surprise, Peoria, and Sun City (all next to each other) beautiful area! No skyscrapers to block the views, ALL day sun. These 3 areas are mostly for retirees so not very noisy (being summer, also, kids are inside avoiding the heat), not a lot of foot traffic (more club carts, beware, there are some crazy drivers). I noticed there were not a lot of gas stations and convenience stores. (less loitering from undesirables) You will not see very many vagrants as the locals make sure that is curbed, the police may not be visible, but they are there and you can tell by the lack of vagrants, the streets are clean of trash. I come from a tiny community and you would thinks this area is too by the lack of street noise and pedestrians, (at least in the area of the hotel) If there hadn't been intermittent noise in the hallway, I would have thought I was alone

Very good hot breakfast. Frequent room cleaning and coffee upon request. Nice pool area. Friendly staff. Poor internet. Had to visit lobby for a decent connection.
No exercise facility or equipment. Broken vending machines. Microwave not working properly and quite old.
Would opt to stay elsewhere next time in Phoenix area.
