Very Happy to have the Workout Center available now!!! Also, the grounds all around the hotel are GREAT for walking my dog 🐕. She just loves ❤️ trotting around 😀 thinking she's the BIG cheese. Mostly my uncle and I go to see family during the holidays. But it always nice being in Orange Park. It has a mall with lots of shops. There are lots of restaurants to choose from and Orange Park is close to St. Augustine, a place that I went to in my childhood. Getting around Orange Park is about what you’d expect for a place with moderate to heavy traffic.

The first room we got had a broken shower with the facet hanging out of the wall. The deadbolt was broken, there was dead ants in the bed and the floors have never been mopped. They switched our room after I complained and the new room had dirty sheets and a bed that was barely holding together. Over the next 2 nights we found several bugs and a dead cockroach. This place is an absolute hole

The staff is lovely. Very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and have a lot of nice amenities. The hotel is very clean and furnished tastefully. I just really enjoyed my time there.
Getting around in Fleming Island was easy, with my Google Maps, and the hotel is conveniently located behind an IHOP with many other restaurants and shopping areas close by, including a Walmart.

Perfect location. Near interstate to go other places in Florida. Restaurants are many. It’s clean and you feel safe. Orange Park is a really nice place. The staff is helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend a stay here.

This is beautiful city to visit. It has different activities and places to visit for one andb all. The beaches are nice and clean and plenty of beach chairs and umbrella for rent for a fee which it's reasonable considering the location.

Could use a snack area where they could purchase items since there is no restaurant on premises. Need to make the hotel more presentable to the customers by better cleaning & fresher scent. Assign a stay at the desk staff member & not one that is away helping someone in need. More staff is required. Offer more towels & trash pick up from rooms of anyone staying longer than 2 days. Get better bedding so sheets fit and don't slide off. Ours had a king size mattress cover on a queen bed. Top sheet was for a double bed, not a queen. Shower bar was falling off the wall & curtain would not stay closed. Shampoo, conditioner & lotion bottles were smaller than a sample size. Maybe enough shampoo for a bald man. Be sure to bring your own! I know it's a pet friendly hotel but almost felt like I was staying at a kennel with the amount of dogs & the sizes of some. Somewhat overboard. But I understand with the hurricane coming why they were there. Sofas in the rooms would be helpful and upscale bedding & window curtains would make the rooms more pleasant. Maybe comforters instead of thin blankets would be more inviting. Also the fridge in the kitchenette was leaking water all over the floor in our room. The location of the hotel worked out in my favor and I had booked it on line but I would not have chosen this area had I seen it in person.

Clean and fresh! Every nice place to visit and vacate. My husband and I plan to return in 2026 just for vacation. Our experience together 2025 was for our niece wedding at The Clay Theater 09/20 which was 5 days before our Anniversary. An enjoyable experience in Jacksonville.
