Well they was dried blood on toilet no blankets only sheets and for some odd reason me and my husband. Have not stopped scratching ourselves since we entered the room at motel 6 like from the time we laid in the bed we went to itching and it smelled bad it's not a good motel and they was also blood stains in the sheets and all kinds of hair left in the tub from the last visitors I gave complained and I'm asking for a full refund or discount for motel 6 in a different location

Hotel surround scary homeless everywhere. Rooms no furniture bugs nasty n the owners don't seem to care about the bug situations. They offer me a can of roach spray. Was done . Every room he open there was roaches as soon as the door open

By early afternoon their soda fountains were out.

By early afternoon their soda fountains were out. Their ice was hard to find. They closed down a lot of the places by 8:00 p.m. Even though the light show started at 9:30. There were ants on the ground where we were sitting for the show. This is the second time we have come here and we are extremely disappointed compared to the first time.

My overall experience was excellent safe comfortable and just right for my stay whenever Im in the Decatur area I totally will no hesitation choose Motel 6 the front office staff was on point Ms Kendra was very courteous professional and polite and any questions or concerns I had Ms Kendra answered them in a very polite manner I rate Ms Kendra and Motel 6 with 5*****!!!

We booked the room for seven days, Nov, Friday 28 through December 05. On the second night round 1:00 am we woke up and couldn’t sleep because the guest next to our room smoking marijuana. Due to health concerns, we have to check out around 2:30am and cancel the remaining days. This was one of the worst hotel experiences my family has ever had. The rooms and hallways were filthy, stains on the walls, dirty carpet that smelled like mildew, and constant cigarette and weed odors. We had a room with two queens. The room smelled like mildew and smoke. We had to air one out just to stay in it. Apparently hotel did not reinforce smoking policy. The towels were small and old. There are coffee but there is no Coffee machine. I asked for a new one. No one brought it to our room. Next day I went to the front desk and asked again, finally they gave a brand new one; However, it didn’t work either and they said it was the last one they had . The air conditioner in the room was broken, I went to the front desk to ask for maintenance again no one came. Housekeeping never showed up once during our week, no trash emptied, no cleaning, nothing. . This hotel was dirty, poorly managed, lack of amenities that they claimed on the website. Fitness room has only three dumbbells out of one set, iced machine broken. Completely misrepresented online. It will be the last time we ever stay at a Sonesta Select.

Accessible to many amenities such as Restaurants with entertainment, fast food, grocery stores, etc. If you do not have car other forms of transportation are easily available. Nice area to walk around and relax.

The property was beautiful.

The property was beautiful. My most disappointing experience was the customer service from the desk clerks. They were not welcoming nor friendly at all. I felt like I was bothering them to do their job. Their facial expressions said “I do not want to be bothered.” I understand that it was a huge amount of people there due to a conference, however they wore what they were feeling on their faces and it was definitely nothing good. Maybe they need a refresher course in hospitality and customer service skills.

I like the hotel because of the location it was close to a Walmart it was close to the restaurant Pappadeaux's which I like very much everything was convenient gas station was right next door to fill up it was a short trip but it still was satisfactory but still need some improvements especially with the breakfast menu in the morning at the hotel.I was in Room 217 and you can see from the photos there needs to be some repair made over the shower in the bathroom and also alongside that doorway on long side of the tub.I would like someone from the hotel Corporate Office who sees this review to give me a call to discuss and further detail
