The hotel fully corresponds to its purpose. Near the airport. Clean, well-kept territory, safe parking. The room had a good refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. Hot water, shower, bed everything is good. I do not understand why guests give a low rating to this hotel.

Nice Location, super friendly Owner, House is super cute but a bit dated but I don't mind that at all. I loved every second of the Stay, especially the Jacuzzi. The Bed in the Master Bedroom was so cozy, I loved it. I would stay there again.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The location, the staff was super friendly and helpful and the room was so nice with a beautiful shower. We loved the rooftop bar and views but shame the breakfast was not served up there midweek.

We had several experiences of Florida hotelrooms for 5 people in a row and this was by far the best. It was not too cramped, even though the five of us stayed in the same room. There were towels and linen for five (which I couldn't say about the other hotels we went to). Beds were comfy, bathroom was really nice and had great shampoo, shower gel and even loiton in there. The breakfast was great.

LOVED the home, neighborhood, gorgeous pool, location, accessibility and hospitality of the host and mangers. They 'guide to Punta Gorda' provided by the host was outstanding, and we LOVED the restaurants, and sightseeing attractions: botanical garden, military museum, the multiple parks and walk ways, and the nearby visit to Edison estate.

This was my second visit to Port Charlotte.
This was my second visit to Port Charlotte. I chose it for its convenience to friends and family I was visiting in Punta Gorda and Bonita Springs. When reviewing properties, I found Port Charlotte to be less expensive than these communities, The neighborhoods I stayed in were older (1960's) with small ranch style homes on canals. The homes were a mix of original and updated, and it was fun to ramble through Realtor.com to see what was on the market and the values. I did not explore much of Port Charlotte but stayed along the Tamiami Trail where there was shopping and restaurants.

We stayed 1 night out of 4 due to the fact the place had mold in the bathroom, filthy carpet, unexceptionable condition of the mattresses on the hide a beds, horrible smell of smoke and body odor and overall run down condition of the condo. We communicated with property manager about the possibility of a refund and she informed us the owner would not refund our money. We accepted the fact we would lose our money due to the threat of our health due to the mold and poor air quality. The property manager can into the condo when we were out and spray BLEACH in the shower to kill the mold. Between the overwhelming odor of bleach and febreeze on the carpet it became more of a health risk.

Watch for discounts, I spent way too much with ocean view and deck. They would close down restaurants for activities or even the pool area. I went beginning of March, it was a good time for temperature to visit.

Port Charlotte is ideal for a place to stay for exploration of the surrounding areas. It has some lovely restaurants and enough shops for more than your basic needs. Whilst the local mall is disappointing the larger shopping malls and outlet malls are within easy reach. Gulf of Mexico beaches too are within a 30-40 minute drive.

We loved the place, it was just perfect, swimming pool was a bit small but warm and not crowded. It was comfortable to cook in condo, linen, everything was very clean and tidy. The location is by marina by the yachts and it's an amazing place for long walks and relaxing. Loved it!

Never came to Punta Gorda before this trip. We loved it the city itself had a lot to offer. The parks, walkways by the water. The botanical garden. The open market where people were selling handmade stuff. We enjoyed it all. And the beach was small but very comfy.
