Nice little town with many coffee shops, good food options (even for vegetarians) and tasty icecream places. Downtown is very small and the lake not worth a visit as it is polluted but Provo Canyon and back country is closeby and worth exploring. Very beautiful place.

I used to live in Springville during my college day's when the city was 3500 population so getting around is quite a bit different when the population has increased to 98,000. It was just a stop over for me going home to Colorado.

And very clean
TSA checking into the airport it was only one TSA officer alone and the line was too long and he was working so fast. I have not seen anyone at the TSA work as hard as hem and fast appreciate people like that.

It was a very pretty little town.
It was a very pretty little town. I love the mountains and the view from my hotel room. It was easy to get around once I got used to the numbering system for the streets. Everything was very accessible, and very clean! Traffic flowed really well. The on-ramps in the morning are timed, so it's a little slow but that's to be expected. There is a wide variety of food to choose from. I did a little bit of small shopping at WinCo. It's been years since I've been in one, but I was not disappointed. Great value!

. THE ONLY ISSUE WAS THE HOTEL THAT WE CHOSE, IT DAMPERED THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE. PAY A LITTLE MORE AND GET A QUALITY HOTEL IT WILL MAKE A HUGE IMPACT ON HOW YOU FEEL WHILE YOUR THERE.
THE MOUNTAIN RANGE IS IMPRESSIVE AND BUSY. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR GOING SO YOU CAN ENJOY THE SCENERY. THE TOWN IS DEFINITELY CUTE PERSONAL AND I THINK YOU WILL REALLY ENJOY YOUR DRIVE THROUGH OR STAY.
PEOPLE ARE VERY FREINDLY AND WELCOMING. HAVE FUN!!

Just Provo itself, I love.
Just Provo itself, I love. It’s a gorgeous city and the people are very nice. This hotel (Provo River Inn) did NOT reflect the city whatsoever! They were polar opposites in fact. I love the beautiful scenery, wildlife, and atmosphere of Provo. You aren’t left wanting here. Anything you want or crave are at your fingertips, as far as food, clothing, household goods, stores and restaurants are in abundance. Plus, if you want alone time, there are a lot of places for that too.
Anything you want to do, it’s here. I don’t want to disclose my favorite places to hang out, but I did find a great place to eat, Moo-Ya’s, oh my gosh that was a great burger meal! Getting around is a little difficult, the streets are a bit crazy and the turning lanes are nuts. But once you find out what’s happening and where the. Us lane is, it’s ok.

There was plenty of things to do.
There was plenty of things to do. It ranged from driving to the city, the campus, and to the lake. It's around a 10-to-20-mile radius depending on where you wanted to go, and there's always something to do.
I would say the only downside might be traffic, but it was still easy to get around with little to no issue.

This hotel was rundown and awful.
This hotel was rundown and awful. I have never seen a hotel so unmaintained. They had holes in the comforter, stains on the comforter and blankets, mascara all over the sheets. There were large stains on the carpet. The walls had paint coming off and marks all over. It was horrible and felt unsafe.
