Beautiful room! They have a very different design to the room which we liked a lot. The sofa had an ottoman with a large tray on it that we used to eat breakfast, or it can be removed for a place to put your feet. Pet friendly and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was mostly standard fair but they had a good English muffin with egg and cheese sandwich, and waffles.

Provo it’s beautiful, surrounded with good restaurants and beautiful hills I would recommend.Provo people are very kind And very clean TSA checking into the airport it was only one TSA officer alone and the line was too long and he was working so fast. I have not seen anyone at the TSA work as hard as hem and fast appreciate people like that.

Just Provo itself, I love.

Just Provo itself, I love. It’s a gorgeous city and the people are very nice. This hotel (Provo River Inn) did NOT reflect the city whatsoever! They were polar opposites in fact. I love the beautiful scenery, wildlife, and atmosphere of Provo. You aren’t left wanting here. Anything you want or crave are at your fingertips, as far as food, clothing, household goods, stores and restaurants are in abundance. Plus, if you want alone time, there are a lot of places for that too. Anything you want to do, it’s here. I don’t want to disclose my favorite places to hang out, but I did find a great place to eat, Moo-Ya’s, oh my gosh that was a great burger meal! Getting around is a little difficult, the streets are a bit crazy and the turning lanes are nuts. But once you find out what’s happening and where the. Us lane is, it’s ok.

Hiking, good food, and a world-class University make trips...

Hiking, good food, and a world-class University make trips to Provo always delightful. There's always something going on. Maybe live music, comedy shows that you can enjoy with your family, dance performances at the university, or just climbing on Rock Canyon. If you're a foodie like me, Bombay House is not to be missed. Timponogos Cave is worth a visit. We also enjoyed hiking up to the Y on the mountain.

The scenery was spectacular and the area has really made the outdoor hiking accessible for everyone. People were friendly and there was a lot to explore. We particularly enjoyed coffee at Rugged Grounds, lunch at Guru's Cafe and dinner at La Jolla Groves Restaurant and that whole shopping area around La Jolla, beautifully decorated for Christmas. If we had more time, we would have explored more in Salt Lake City and Zion National Park in the South.

Person that check me in say she was going to upgrade my room...

Person that check me in say she was going to upgrade my room. That was great but later I was charged $53.63 as a miscellaneous charge which we did not use anything extra during our stay. This is a reap off I won't stay in this hotel again.

It’s an older hotel room furnishings are dated but gave a homey comfortable atmosphere. Shower had great water pressure something you don’t find in hotel rooms these days. Location close to BYU and restaurants.
