This is a very decent new hotel so everything is "as new". Very clean and nice rooms. Location is great just 1 or 2 minutes walk from restaurants, shops and a cinema. We stayed for 1 night driving from Yellowstone to Vegas and it did the job perfectly. The added bonus is the great views from the mountain view rooms.

I really liked orem. My daughter lives there. Im back again because she is having a baby tomorrow so I will be back soon The only bad thing thats happened was the fires in the foothills. It didn't affect my stay at all

It was a very pretty little town.

It was a very pretty little town. I love the mountains and the view from my hotel room. It was easy to get around once I got used to the numbering system for the streets. Everything was very accessible, and very clean! Traffic flowed really well. The on-ramps in the morning are timed, so it's a little slow but that's to be expected. There is a wide variety of food to choose from. I did a little bit of small shopping at WinCo. It's been years since I've been in one, but I was not disappointed. Great value!

There was plenty of things to do.

There was plenty of things to do. It ranged from driving to the city, the campus, and to the lake. It's around a 10-to-20-mile radius depending on where you wanted to go, and there's always something to do. I would say the only downside might be traffic, but it was still easy to get around with little to no issue.

Orem is a very clean city, well laid out and has stunning views of mountains. As for food options, you name it and it is likely there. We enjoyed many different restaurants and eating venues. As for entertainment here again, too many to list but would meet anyone’s interests from nature to shopping you’d be happy!

The streets are very dark at night.

The streets are very dark at night. The street signs were difficult to make put because it was dark. The people we had asked for help in locating an address were very nice and helpful. The Orem Temple is near this property.

I paid $353.75 and made a reservation on May 30th, but on...

I paid $353.75 and made a reservation on May 30th, but on June 21st, around 10PM, I went to the hotel to stay and asked for the reserved room, but Booking.com said the reservation was canceled and they did not give me the room, so I used Booking.com again, I made a reservation at Sandy Best Western again, went there around midnight, stayed for two days on the 21st and 22nd, and checked out on the 23rd. Why are they scamming me, a customer? I recorded all of these unfair facts on video and posted them on YouTube. We will make sure that the world is informed of the damage suffered by consumers.
