A recently renovated vacation home, Cozy house in Edna Valley wine country near SLO offers accommodations in San Luis Obispo. Convenient and close my parents (who don’t have room for us siblings and our families to stay). We were able to rent and sleep well. I enjoyed the soaker tub and relaxed so much I forgot I was in town for a family “holiday”. My nephews enjoyed the separate living room and gave us all our own space.

It was very clean and comfortable. Jason was very good to talk to and was anxious to see to our need. The pool and jacuzzi were very nice. They had some snacks and water. Overall it was very nice and we would definitely like to come back again. The pictures provided in the description are accurate.

2-Bedroom SLO Bungalow House is located in San Luis Obispo, just 4 miles from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and 15 miles from Clark Center for the Performing Arts. To escape the LA fires, we took a roadtrip up the California coast. SLO was our first stop. As a group of people who have very specific dietary needs, we needed a kitchen to make our own food. Let me tell you, this place was perfect. Not only was it extremely clean and comfortable, but it also had everything we needed. The main bed gave me some of the best nights of sleep I’ve ever had, and the main couch was just as comfortable. What I really enjoyed and made this trip feel not only like an escape, but a true vacation, was that a maid came to clean the area after our checkout, so we did not have to worry too much. Of course, we cleaned up after ourselves, but it was nice knowing that the owners did not expect us to be maids and stress about the cleanliness of the place when leaving to continue our trip. It really made a difference and is another big reason why I would stay here again. Overall, I didn’t want to leave. Out of our entire trip, this was our favorite stay by far. Will definitely return in the near future.

I liked this unit having both bedrooms on the ground floor, the living room was cozy with a big enough TV, there was hot water for days, everything worked as it should, the bed was comfortable, and the host is friendly. There is a shared, paid for laundry on-site but this unit, #3, had a washer and dryer inside so that was amazing.

Modern 2-Bedroom Eucalyptus House offers accommodations in San Luis Obispo, 15 miles from Clark Center for the Performing Arts. This place is a hidden gem. Perfectly situated about 2 min drive to downtown SLO. The beds were comfortable and there is a ton of room in this not so tiny home. Appreciated the extras like a dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit and 4 person table. We were able to prepare simple meals and spend quality time as a family. This is our new favorite of Tessa’s mini-homes. We will be back!
