Ernesto the on duty manager was an absolute gentleman. Very pleasant, efficient and an absolute pleasure to deal with. On a road trip across America we had some issues with logistics and getting items we had run out of or needed to buy. He directed and assisted us in everything we needed to buy. Would highly recommend 👌🏼👍🏽

Very comfortable room, close to the airport. We were shuttled to and from the airport, and when the shuttle couldn't pick us up at the right time, the front desk arranged a Lyft ride for us. Very friendly and helpful.

The Comfort Suites Salt Lake City Airport is located just two miles from the Salt Lake City International Airport and provides free 24-hour airport transportation. Our flight was cancelled and rebooked for a day later, and the staff allowed us to check in early, provided a shuttle from the airport to the hotel to return the rental car, and then early the next morning provided a shuttle to the airport. They front desk staff were incredibly cheerful and helpful, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub with the kids. The room was very quiet. Thank you!
