Das Sheraton Samoa Beach Resort liegt inmitten eines 91 Hektar großen Tropengartens und bietet einen Lagunenpool und ein Day Spa. We visited with my sister's family and ours which consisted of 4 adults, 5 young adults aged 23, 21.5-, 20-, 18- and 17-year olds. The meals which included breakfast was great. It was a buffet and had a great range of choice. The omlette station was a hit and very popular. We had all our dinners at the resort. It was true what others were saying that there were no other restaurants nearby to go out for dinner. People also said the meals weren't that great at the resort which we did not find at all. All our meals were so nice, and we did not have one meal that we did not enjoy - complements to the chef! The resort itself is well maintained and beautiful. The pool area was really nice. We spent a lot of time at the beach as the water was warmer compared to the pool. We actually extended our stay by a few days which was no issue at all. I did have an issue with my Marriott membership, but the staff fixed that for me with no hassles. Upon leaving at 4am to catch our plane our taxi was late (the staff had ordered the taxi the day before for us). The front desk kept calling the taxi to see where he was. In the end another staff member offered to drop us to the airport in his own car which he did not need to do - unfortunately, I did not get his name but a huge shout out to him. Overall, a great resort and would have no hesitation staying again!

The glass doors open out to a patio where you can sit, looking out over the beautiful pool & an amazing vista beyond. Perfect place to read a book & listen to the birds. Paul & Joan were fabulous hosts, really friendly & helpful but not the slightest bit intrusive. They made us feel very welcome.

My flight came in so very early & it was not a problem, they did not charge a fee for early check in. Everything is well kept & appointed. The kitchen is well supplied. Safely fenced, I stayed in the fale which is beautiful & interesting. The gardens are so stunningly beautiful & lush. Full of flowers & bird song. Tim also will give tours you can book, I hear is wonderful. They look amazing.

Come for the view, stay for the warm, caring staff and local food! My husband and I had a fabulous time here. Lolita and the other staff were attentive and helpful. The lifts to town were great. The grounds of the hotel have amazing plants and flowers and small waterfalls. We were lucky to be there on a Sunday and get to participate in the traditional umu feast. The nets on the windows are very good so you can have all the windows open.
