All-Inclusive Stays in Side

Hotel was clean, right at the beach, rooms were clean and comfortable. Beach was kept clean, bar service available right to your sun bed. Buffet restaurant had really good food and lots of choices, it didn’t feel crowded even at busy times. We’ve tried also Roka restaurant, beautiful setting and also good food. Some of the evening entertainment was at very high level, we especially enjoyed Michael Jackson show, but all the other ones were fine too. Quick and efficient bar service at the beach and around pool area and during the evening shows. The hotel is mostly catered for adults, not much happening for kids, at least from what we saw, very tiny kids pool, no slides, no kids food corner at the buffet, restaurant even had a separate area no kids/ no phones.

Our group of eight traveled from California to Side and Antalya, Turkey for the first time and had the pleasure of staying at Kamelya Aishen Hotel. Despite an initial hiccup during check-in, the exceptional service and care provided by the staff, particularly "Alime", turned our stay into an unforgettable experience. Upon arrival, we were informed that the hotel was overbooked for the first night, and we were assigned different rooms than those we had booked via Booking.com. This was disappointing, but the next morning, the incredibly helpful front desk staff, Asim and Irva, resolved the issue promptly and transferred us to the best rooms available in the Aishen Hotel area. The highlight of our trip was meeting "Alime", in the morning, the manager at Kamelya Selin Hotel. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Not only were our accommodations impeccable, but Alime also arranged several complimentary services and activities that far exceeded our expectations. These included free vouchers for luxury cabanas at the beach with full service, speedboat banana tour for our entire group, vouchers for fine dining at Turkish and Mexican restaurants, and a discount on rental cars. Her genuine warmth and professionalism made us feel truly welcome and important. It's rare to encounter such dedicated service, and "Alime" exemplifies hospitality at its finest. The staff at Kamelya Aishen Hotel were universally kind, attentive, and helpful. Special thanks to "Ilknur" at the main restaurant, who provided exceptional service every day. She was incredibly nice, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel special. Thanks to the exceptional care and attention we received, we highly recommend Kamelya Hotel and will definitely return on our next trip to Side or Antalya, Turkey.

The resort is really amazing. Its very well organized with highly proffesional stuff. Meals are tastly,fresh with a lot of variety. Beach is really close. Spa is also very good.

Everything. The food is the highlight, incredible selection of everything, even before closing time. One small problem is that you cannot find a table around 19:30. The pools are great, kids loved the slides, the beach is beautiful, the green areas are also very nice, everything is super tidy. Nighttime entertainment is good enough. Would definitely come back.

Everything was amazing! Facilities, entertainment, support of staff. I lost a cellphone in the restaurant, in 3h we approached staff who found it and handed over to reception. Unbelievable. Cleaning was daily, room was big enough for a family with a kid (separate bed was provided without any reminder!)

This hotel is truly amazing! I stayed here for 2 weeks and every single day was a wonderful experience. The food is always fresh, delicious, and with so much variety. There was always a choice of meat, chicken, fish, sometimes sushi, and the desserts were simply fantastic. Saturdays are especially memorable, with live shows, dancing, and special themed dinners that made the evenings feel magical. The hotel itself is surrounded by greenery, which makes the atmosphere so refreshing and pleasant. Even on the hottest days it never felt too hot – the trees and gardens created a wonderful coolness and calm. The sea is just a few minutes away, and this part of the beach is so peaceful, with very few people, which made swimming especially enjoyable. The location of the hotel is also perfect – in the evening you can easily walk to the old town or visit local markets Another special detail is the hotel’s love for animals – there are parrots, cats, and a dog, which made the stay feel even warmer. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming – I really felt at home during my entire stay. Daily cleaning kept everything spotless, which added to the comfort. I am leaving with only the best memories, and I will definitely come back again next year. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making my vacation so special!
