I stayed twice in this property. The first time for 1 week. The second time for nearly 2 weeks. It is a small apartment, with all basic kitchen utensils, a nice bathroom and a nice bed. It has an excellent location, in the centre of Garching, 1 minute from the supermarket, metro station, restaurants, bakeries. I highly recommend it. I had a small issue in the night I arrived -- the plugs in the kitchen were not working (a fuse down) so I could not cook, there was no power in the fridge. I called the assistance, but they could not get someone to check the fuse box, as it was Sunday night. I spoke to the cleaning staff the next morning and they quickly solved the issue. Everything else was very smooth during my stay.

Posizione strategica per la fruibilità del centro di ricerca. Camere curate e comode come tutto l'hotel. Lo staff è gentile, disponibile e molto efficiente. Colazione ricca e di buona qualità.

I'm really sad to only give this place a nine because it would have definitely received a ten if it hadn't have been for a couple of minor issues. Everything was tastefully decorated, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and the garage space was perfect. We took a trip into the centre of Munich using public transport and it was easy.

How clean the room was and that it was fully equipped with everything you need ( iron, kitchen equipments… ) And the fact that it was in front of the bus station this made our movements way easier.
