the location of the hotel is just excellent, close to old city, shops, cafes and restaurants. The studio room was spacious and very cosy and very clean. Staff are super friendly and helpful!

I was so amazed by the good design taste and choices of this hotel. It is very close to the train station and to the center part of the city, the staff is just incredible, and the rooms are just like a modern oasis. Rarely have I seen such a great place!

The accommodation was very well located, just few kilometers away from the city centre. There are two reserved parking areas and one underground garage if needed with few euros more. The accommodation was very good, clean and organized. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Let's start with the exceptional staff Alexandra Almas as well as Yvonne were charming and extremely helpful The apartment was large, bright, 'super clean' good quality kitchenware Matress was perfect with luxury quality sheets and plenty of towels We loved the balcony with it's privacy looking out on a lovely garden The elevator was a plus the easiness to use the thermostats and the quiet of the building made our stay so outstanding that we are planning to return again next year Pringy is very close to Annecy and I don't think the location could be better It was just PERFECT

Very friendly, helpful and polite staff. All the appliances were brand new. They had all the facilities in the complex such as gym, sauna and play room for kids. The lake view is fantastic.
