We had an extraordinary stay at Petras Resort and especially the very empathic and service minded receptionist Alexandros made a very positive difference. When we arrived we were greeted by a beautiful white female cat that was obviously very pregnant. This sweet and lovely cat came to our apartement several times and was very communicative. We formed a bond with the cat and at the end of our stay it gave birth to three tiny kittens in front of us. An amazing experience. Alexandros and his colleauges promised to take care of the mother cat and its kittens when we left even though it was not their formal responsability. We really appreciate the positive and professional engagement the staff showed in this unusual situation. The white cat is a great ambassador for the hotel and we hope that she will be there next time we come. The apartement hotel is brand new and the rooms are well designed. We had out own pool but could also use the infinity pool in front of the reception. The area is quiet and you need a car to go there. But it is beautiful and very peaceful.

The apartment was very nice, very clean, with all the necessary equipment. The sunset from the large balcony is extraordinary. A very quiet location with a very good staff. Strong wifi.

The location was perfect for walking to Orange Blue for a meal and to watch the sunset. Also very close to beach and cabanas.

Cute home in a good location. The neighbors dog was very sweet. Restaurants, beach, and store near by. There is a company at Falassarna Beach that has jet boats that seat 17 people that can take you to Balos Lagoon for only 50 Euros vs the crowded ferry. Amazing trip with water that us so ever beautiful.

The apartmants are located on the main road to Falasarna beach which was a great spot for us and its a 3min drive from there. The apartmants are cleaned daily and the sheets and towels every three days. We stayed at the apartmant number one for 5 nights and it was very clean and comfy for sleeping. The bed and the pillows were really good. The room has most important necessities and a small kitchen which we personally never used. The room had a small fridge which is convenient but can only hold two large bottles. There wasn't a TV in our room which we liked, since we wanted to relax. The room had an amazing view looking over the Falasarna area, and the sunset from here is amazing. Sunrise is a breathtaking too. Breakfast was delicious and more than enough for one person. Varieties are available, like sweet version with butter and jam, or omelette with vegetables, or Dacos, local Cretan rusk with tomatoes and mizithra cheese. All versions come with a coffee and orange juice, homemade cake which was delicious, and with greek yoghurt mixed with fruits. Andreas, the owner, is a great guy, very welcoming and kind, always smily and ready to help. The day we arrived I was so tired and I didn't expect that the entrance road to the Elia is so steep so I pulled over and he helped us by driving us up the hill showing me how to go by car myself next time. It worked. Overall, we felt at Elia like at home. The place is ran by a family and you appreciate their effort even more. Its a great place to runaway from daily life noizes, chill, take it easy and simple. We will return!

Quiet location outside of Kissamos in a beautiful area full of olive trees and great restaurants closeby. Hosts are wonderful. There is a great balcony overlooking the sea. Accommodation has a kitchenette and big living room. Parking.
