This is a big complex with many apartments, so experience with different hosts and condos may vary. In our room everything was good, clean and communication with the host was easy. We had a little issue with a bathroom tap and they fixed it for us. Highly recommend.

Everything was very good. The host always answered all our questions, help to us. It was a clean and beautiful room when we first entered. We did not enter the room with shoes and the house remained constantly clean. It was within walking distance of Patong beach and lively streets, and was in a quiet location, a little away (it's enough) from the crowds. The location was very good.

This place is worth booking. The price is very reasonable, spacious room with balcony, very very very clean, two ladies who looks after the hotel are soooo sweet, kind and polite. I just loved everything about this place. Such a great energy and amazing vibe this place has. When I return back to beautiful Phuket again, I'm definitely staying here for sure.
